Computers Are Necessary, but Provided.
The wireless internet is pretty good, I've never had any trouble connecting. There are plenty of computer labs throughout UC and several of them are open 24 hours. They sometimes can be crowded and busy, but typically it's easy to find a spot. Personal computers aren't necessary for class, however, they are convenient for doing homework and/or socializing.

There are quite a few dining places around campus. Several are chains, however there are a few places that are unique to Cincinnati. Prices are also average, not too expensive, but not the most affordable either. There is a lack of vegetarian and healthy options though.

Go Bearcats!
UC is typically very involved with athletics. Tickets are free to students with an ID and fans can be very passionate. UC is always sending out e-mails and promotions to encourage students to attend events and they are fun. Club sports and intramurals are also very popular among students. There is something for every one here.
