New Student Center
The Student Center opened in the Fall of 2007 and is a popular place to hang out. There is a pub, game room, grill, event space, and post office. It's a great place to meet friends for coffee.

Dorms
The dorms at Colby are all fairly new and in good shape. Freshmen are not isolated in their own dorm, but rather freshmen live in dorms with all upperclassmen. All dorms are coed and have all sorts of rooms: singles, doubles, triples, quads, and five-person rooms. Definitely request a social dorm as a freshman, like Dana.

Drinking Is More Popular
The drug scene isn't that big at Colby, but it depends who you hang out with. Drinking is very popular and the social scene on the weekend surrounds drinking.
