I'd say about 90% of the campus drinks at least 1 day a week including underage students.

Fairly Lenient
I think it all depends on who you run into. Some officers are extremely strict and others are much more understanding. The fact that freshman dorms have a curfew for guests is pretty stupid though.

South carolina has pretty mild weather and if there is even a chance of snow they usually cancel class.

We Do Ok
USC is mostly white conservative southerners, but we do have a good amount of ethnic or LGBT students and for the most part students seem to be accepting of all different backgrounds and culture.

I Have No Idea
I have no part in the greek life. Other than seeing signs around campus for various organizations and occasionally having a friend mention them it has no impact on my life at all. Greek housing looks nice though. They have some pretty fancy houses.
