Greek Life: the Secret Side of Rochester
Greek life at RIT is kept to a minimum for the most part, except during rush weeks in the fall. I personally feel like I hear about a new fraternity or sorority every month or so, but there really aren't many of them here.

Computers by the Hundreds
I'm fairly certain there isn't a single building on campus without at least one computer lab of some sort. Realistically, it is a tech campus. I get better wifi speed outside of the buildings than I do with an ethernet cable back home. The network crashed just once on freshman registration day and maintenance is generally done in the early hours of the morning, between say 3 and 4 in the morning. Printing can be done either in your primary college building or in the library which is generally open until around 2 in the morning.

Fairly Easy and Rewarding
While it was a bit difficult to get used to, being the first in the family, I did get through it and did receive the financial aid I needed. The only problem I ran into was that a scholarship I received in town went through an appeal process before being granted to me.
