The Dorms Are Ancient
Other than the 2 newest residence halls (all upperclassmen) they're extremely old. The leak when it rains, they're hot in the summer, and they're cold in the winter. They need to be renivated.

Weather Machine
There's a Hampton myth that our school's president controls the weather on campus with a weather machine that he keeps in his office. The weather on campus is always different than the weather in the rest of the city. It's always nice on special occassions.
