Not a Big City College
Lancaster is not a big town in itself but still has quite a bit to do on campus and around. Plus Philly is less than a hour away.

Pretty Good Diversity
Lots of different races, nationalities and religions and a good number of events for them to show their diversity to the rest of the students.

Good school. Great professors and classes but a decent social life if that's what you want.
