What You See Is What You Get
Since Ursinus is such a small school, you can't really expect much from the safety office there. Though I do appreciate that the office is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, I really don't see officers walking around to make sure students are safe that often, unless you live in one of the big dorms. However, I have never had an issue with feeling unsafe on campus.

Don't Ask Don't Tell
Ursinus isn't a dry campus, but there are dry dorms due to the age groups that reside in certain dorms. However, the school isn't allowed to go through personal belongings, so often, if alcohol or drugs are not visible, then students can get by.

Small Schools for the WIN
I've always been in big schools, so I found Ursinus to be refreshing because of its size. The quality of the education and the quality of the faculty is certainly top notch, at least they are are the professors in my field. I love the small class room settings and I love the intimacy between professor and students when it comes down to teaching and understanding materials and even down to the interaction.
