Windy, Rainy, Cold.
It rains a lot here, and mostly without warning. Several dorms are downhill, so going up stairs or walking up the hill in the wind and the rain sucks. We haven't had a snow day in years, despite 3 foot snowfalls. Bucknell has gorgeous early fall and late spring sunsets, so it balances out.
