Very Safe
The only current issue that concerns me is some petty thefts of items carelessly left around by students. Lafayette feels very safe, and I always feel that public safety is close enough to mitigate any major problems that might arise.

Its What Youd Expect
My biggest complaint would be a lack of consistent healthy options. If your into burgers and fries then Laf is the place for you. The variety's not too bad, and there's an occasional diamond in the rough - the tuna tatar they made twice last year was phenomenal.

Typical North East Weather
Obviously, we get typical northeast weather. Most people are used to it, and endure the schlepp through snow and ice during the winter, and enjoy the beautiful fall and spring weather.
