Cool Town Until...
you realize there isn't too much besides downtown Athens, which doesn't even have that much too offer. Eh, not bad but not fabulous either.

Pretty much has everything you could want- very fast foody. Not a lot of actually GOOD food for a decent price.

If you want it, you can have it. However, if you don't want to participate, you don't have to but unless you are oblivious- you will be able to see it going on.

Yes, Yes, YES!
The SLC is absolutely fabulous. I mean, of course during midterm or finals week it can get crazy with a lack of access to any computers, but most times it is relatively easy to get on.
Most people have laptops, so there's not too much competition. And, if you don't want to wait to get on a desktop, they rent out laptops.

It Is EVERYTHING.
Oh my goodness, football is everything. People live for Georgia football, seriously. I had a girl tell me it was the whole reason she came to the school. It's fun if you are into athletics.
