VERY EXPENSIVE
Very expensive. Difficult to find anything below $800/mo. I did manage to find something cheaper, but it's a real dump and I can't wait to move out!

Diverse - but Busy Busy
A nice range to choose from - ethnically and economic status... you name it. Just everyone is very busy, and being NYC .. you need to make an effort to meet people. But very rewarding if you do make the attempt! :D
