I Feel Safe on Campus
I always feel safe on campus, even when I had to walk to a parking garage at 4 AM after the homecoming centennial to go to a regatta.

Columbia is a quintessential college town, everyone gets involved on football game days and the local residents have pride in the university

There are volunteer student-driven cabs that run Thursday through Saturday nights that provide a free option for a safe ride home.
