Varies Greatly
There are a huge number of options for housing on campus. I lived in BBB my freshman year and it was a great experience, the dorms are really beautiful and there is so much built-in storage space compared to other dorms on campus. As a freshman, you will probably be in either BBB, Shaw, Day/Flint, or Lawrinson. Most sophomores and juniors wish to live in Ernie Davis or Watson Hall because of the central location. Some dorms have split doubles which are really nice and give you some sort of privacy. Overall, what you're looking for is here somewhere but good luck with the housing lottery.

Great People Here
I love the diversity that you can find at Syracuse, you can meet someone from anywhere. There are so many cute guys here, and just a ton of great people to meet in general. You're sure to find a group or person that you click with.

Alcohol and Drugs Are Everywhere
There is a huge abundance of alcohol and drug use on campus, you can get anything that you want at almost any time. It doesn't matter whether you are underage or not, you can get drinks/drugs at every party. To get into a party, you can simply walk down any Euclid street on a Friday or Saturday and find a place. Off campus parties have their own Facebook page. People on my all-freshman floor constantly smoke and drink at any and all hours and are never reprimanded. It all depends on your RA, though. That being said, Friday and Saturday nights are filled with ambulance trills bringing students to the health center to get their stomachs pumped. You need to watch yourself. It can be really dangerous.
