Off Campus Housing
There are so many options for off campus housing. There is housing across the street, down the road, or if you have a car you can rent a house farther away than walking distance. The parking is pretty good for off campus housing as well and I know a lot of people who live with 2 or 3 friends in off campus housing to split the costs.

Nightlife
Thursdays are the biggest night for students to go out and party. Fridays are also popular but then Saturdays are mostly Frat parties. However, being so close to Baltimore there are plenty of clubs and attractions to go to. Plus, York Road as a couple of good places to hang out at and you don't even need a cab!

Financial Aid
I got a pretty decent scholarship but did not get any need based or general financial aid. If you really need it then you will most likely get aid, but apply for scholarships because there are a variety of them that give a good amount of money.

Great
The gym,library and campus aestheics are beautiful! And Towson is currently working on making the campus even better...I can't wait until the construction is done!

People
The kids at school don't really dress up for class or anything. Girls just wear uggs and leggings with a sweatshirt or northface and guys just wear whatever. Most people go out Thursday night and go to football games on Saturdays in the fall. A lot of people have boy/girlfriends at other universities.
