High Efficiency – They reply my question from email no later in one day. They give enough information for me to understand what is going on. They give me direction to my financial aid.

Not everyone get the spot which is just next to their dorm. The furthest parking to the dorm is about ten minutes. They do have some spot if you park there, you get ticket.

They Care About Our Safety Especially at Night – The police Patrol every night on campus. I sometimes went back to my dorm from art studio about nine to eleven o' clock at night. I always see the police, and I heard if some girls do not feel safe, we can ask them to rive us to our dorm instead of walking back alone and they will do so.

It Is Like a Big Family Here – Pacific Union College has home dinner every Friday night in different location or even professor's place. Also, It is a Christian school, so we have a group of ladies who pray and make little cup cakes foe girls every Wednsday in our dorm. In addition, there is one time I was having one of the toughest time in my life, I went to my English professor's office when she was busy. She stopped what she was doing immediately and spend time with me by telling me her stories, giving me bananas and flowers in order to make me happy, and then she prayed with me to help me feel better. I am very grateful to her.

The Boundary Between Personal and Social Life Are Fairly Balanced – I get to be with my friends or classmate when I want, but I also get my own personal space when I was in my room. However, the third floor where I live is very hot in the summer, and they only have heater in winter but no AC for summer.

Being Healthy Physically and Mentally Are the Goals – Learning is always the priority goal in college. Surprisingly,the professors, staff and the faculty are always strongly emphasis us to keep a healthy mind and eat healthfully. The cafeteria provides variety of vegetarian food in order to produce low-fat and high-fiber with high nutrition. Also, by the fact of harmful result from second-hand smoking, our school has banned smoking on campus. Most importantly, they have home dinner every Friday and home lunch every other Saturday. This activity is for people to get to know each other and to help others or pray for others when we need.
