There are a decent number of apartments, very cheep, even to live on main street, but they can be very poor quality. Some landlords are great, some are horrible, most are decent to rent from.
The school does have seminars and offers a list of landlords who let them know what they have available.

It's not extremely strict. Three strike rule with drugs/alc. then your kicked out. But RA's are relaxed and most of the campus smokes anyhow.

Art
The school is know for it's art and engineering programs. They are pretty high up on the list of the best. The greatest thing about the art program is you are not stuck in one medium, you are encourages and have the ability to try every thing there is to offer, and there is a much wider variety then most schools.
