Nightlife
At Richmond, it can be said that the Greek life holds the cards for the party scene. The fraternity lodges act as 'pseudo' nightclubs for undergraduates especially. Not only do the fraternities have the lodges but they throw parties or 'pregames' in the University Forest Apartments. Although not only limited to Greek life, residents of apartments can throw parties as well. Its great when your starting out as freshman but eventually it becomes old news. Offcampus Parties depend on transportation and are occasional hit-or miss.

Police Force
The police force can crack down but only if students are being stupid: i.e. taking beer in public, public intoxication, passing out outside etc. At least the university police are better than the county police who will take you to jail if you are caught or at least issue you a citation.

Awful Parking and Dirty Ticketer
Parking at Richmond can be a nightmare, not only is it difficult to find a spot, but the parking police rack up many tickets when students do not park in their correct lot.
