Annoying
The C of C is a small school, therefore there are not a lot of different Greek sororities/frats to choose from. The Greeks that wear there symbols on every item possible are the ones that are easy to make assumptions about. With that being said, I subconsciously see certain greek symbols and think dumb girls, or racists guys, or whatever it is I hear that group talking about the most. There are some greeks that actually follow their purpose and use the money they spend on being in one for reasons other than kegs and tshirts.. But those aren't the ones you're going to recognize

Charleston has wonderful warm weather. The winter is short and sweet! It rains, but idk what everyone is talking about with the flooding.. I have yet to see it and I hope i didn't just jinx myself.. But the humidity is the only thing I had trouble getting use to. It hardly fazes my hair now though.

Housing
Word to the wise. Start to Look for housing earlier than you think you should!! Figure out how many rooms you want regardless if you have roommates and find a potential house, contact landlord and keep an eye out on the house until you have people who can sign the lease with you!!!! You will be left with houses in sketchy neighborhoods if you don't.

It is perfect. There is a little bit of everything. Close Beaches, Downtown shopping, bars, restaurants, etc. Its beautiful I love the parks in the middle of downtown and the battery is amazzing! Get a bike and explore!

SO many choices
There are tons of Choices. Expensive, cheap, and every type of food. There are tons of places that deliver even though they are only a few blocks away. There are also tons of places open late every night, and some that are only open late Thurs-Sat. And there is an OCMP (Off Campus Meal Plan) which I haven't used (bc im a freshman) and it seems really ideal. All the restaurants downtown have the OCMP sticker on the window meaning you can use it there.
