I Feel Entirely Safe, but...

There has never been a reason for me to feel unsafe on this campus. There is a blue light system in case of emergencies. There are also Safety Shuttles that make constant rounds of the campus at night and ride anyone who feels unsafe walking in the dark. The police are good people who care, but they and the administration are too acceptive of the alcoholism culture. This results in a lot of vandalism and costs innocent students money. If you use common sense and don't drink, then you're never unsafe here.

You Will Not Find a More Generous Institution

My father helped me with the process a lot, but it was smooth and simple as far as I could tell. After we completed the necessary forms, I received a financial aid award with my acceptance letter that basically covered all of the roughly $42,000 in tuition and required only payments for room and board. For another example, one of my friends has a single mother who works as a bus driver; she received financial aid that requires her to pay only $1,000 per year.
