Greek Life
Greek life is a huge part of Union College's social life and atmosphere. As the mother of fraternities, the college knows they can't shut it down, so basically anything goes. It takes a lot to get in huge trouble with the school. Just be smart about it and even though they are cracking down a little bit it does not look like Union will go dry anytime soon.

Winter Blows but Spring Is Totally Worth It
So Fall term is gorgeous with the changing foliage, everyone is still outside and staying active. Winter Term blows, literally. Its windy, we have blizzards, everyone has cabin fever and its freezing. However, Spring term once again makes up for the severe winter weather, and is amazing. Don't disregard Union because of its awful winter, consider it because you will DEFINITELY have something to look forward to in Spring

Helpful but Could Be More So
I have had a overall good experience with financial aid, they are helpful and nice to work with, however, each year I never get as much as I need. I've had to take out private loans with a high interest rate every year to compensate for what the college won't help me with. It is very difficult and costly.
