Affordable in a Bind
You'll definitely be able to find an apartment near campus and also close to amenities such as groceries, but you may ask yourself if it's worth it when on-campus apartments are cheaper and offer a better college experience to connect with others.

You'll almost never see drugs of any kind at UCI. Every once in a while, you might stumble upon someone smoking or drinking, but you'll never feel excluded or compelled to join in.
