Liberal Arts Colleges Are My Nightmare
Registering for classes at Juniata is one of the most inefficient and frustrating experiences I've ever encountered. Even as a senior it was impossible to get into al the classes I wanted. To top that off, at a liberal arts college you are required to take a bunch of completely irrelevant and boring classes. The classes that do interest you and are in your major are well taught but very challenging, although the caliber of difficulty varies slightly between professors.

Off-campus housing is heads and tails better than living in the dorms. Not only do you have your own bathroom, kitchen, and often bedroom, but you also have the freedom to be loud when you want to, throw parties when you want to, and just do whatever you want. Not to mention a lot of the college owned off campus housing is the same exact boarding cost as if you were living in a dorm room. There is no rent just one flat fee just like you were living in a dorm. They also supply cable, electricity, and running water for free as well as wireless internet.

Weed is the drug of choice at Juniata. Of course you have your stoners, like everywhere, that will put just about anything into their bodies but for the most part people usually stick to the herbal and alcohol. RA's will give you a warning and just tell you to throw out your bottle if its opened and they see it but people only really get written up if they're being idiots. Marijuana is very prevalent and it doesn't take long to figure out who the campus drug dealers are. Everyone knows them but no one turns them in because chances are they're buying from them. Even the RA's let most things slide. The only way you will get in trouble for selling/smoking is if you're lounging on the quad with a doobie in your hand. Campus police is way more lax than Huntingdon PD because they have nothing better to do than arrest college kids, so if you're going to cause scenes, do it on campus.

Juniata College: Where are real life 3 is a 10
Juniata College without a doubt has some of the ugliest human beings I have ever seen. You have a lot of girls who know they're unattractive and just accept it but then you have those girls who cake on the makeup wear slutty outfits and go out and grind all night at parties because they think that's somehow going to make them more attractive. Too bad it's not, and the only thing it results in is a "hit it and quit it" on the part of the equal unattractive male population.

Boring
I would rather sit in my room doing nothing than go to the on campus parties at this school. All you see are a bunch of ugly underclassmen girls dancing like they're trying to get pregnant in a sweaty college dorm room. It's always hot and smells in these parties and is not worth the trek over to east. Unfortunately the bar scene is no better, unless you like being hit on by some dude talking about his baby mama and not wanting to pay child support. You would think after listening to this for 20 min they would at least offer you a drink, but no. You will leave the conversation with no drink and a few IQ points shorter than when you first started.
