Dining Options
Off campus dining options are truly minimal. Outside of the Springfield Grill and Rachels (two restaurants that are classier), most of the food quality is poor. Prices are reasonable. Most students end up visiting Sheetz if looking for food late night. Most places around Grove City close by 9. Taco Bell offers 49 cent tacos on Sunday nights. A new Primanti Brothers that has just been constructed by the Outlets offers relatively good food. Anyone looking for a bar should visit Rachels, Primanti Brothers, Elephant Castle, and the Blue Ribbon Tavern

Off Campus Housing?
Off campus housing is forbidden by the college administration in Grove City. Fraternities and sororities are banned from having off campus houses as well due to a lawsuit years ago. Off campus housing is only permissible if you have attended at least 16 semester at Grove City College, aka you will be at GCC past the routine four years. Off campus housing selection for these students are minimal with only a few choices. The upside is most apartments proximity to the college and their relatively low cost compared to apartments in cities.

Financial Aid
As a private institution that receives no federal funding after winning the Supreme Court case Grove City College v. Bell. As a result, while tuition costs are "lower" than other colleges with comparable education value etc, financial aid is limited. Many scholarships do not apply that originate from the federal government. Your best chance at getting financial aid is to apply for Grove City College sponsored scholarships (mostly based on academics), or take out a loan. Keep in mind ROTC scholarships and such do not apply at GCC.
