After you have attended all of your classes, you have the opportunity to do an externship at a local hospital or doctor's office. This is very beneficial for networking. There is a downside. I have heard from many students that the school charged them for this externship without their knowledge. They were not informed in advance that there is an extra cost to this externship.

Great Teachers – The teachers are not certified, but are willing to share their knowledge. They do stop to answer questions. However, they do waste class time when they repeat themselves to students who should have been taking notes the first time like they had asked. The information the teachers provide is very useful. All assignments have fast approaching deadlines. Quizes and tests were very frequent, but I felt the teachers prepared us enough that we did not have to study to hard to pass with decent grades. Overall, the teachers at the college are great. I am still puzzled why they are working at a college with such a poor reputation and high turnover rate.

Very Diverse – All of the students at the school have different personalities. I found it very easy to get along with nearly all students. There is an occasional person who wastes class time, because he/she did not read the material ahead of time like we were asked. However, the majority of the students came to school to learn and make the most of their day by asking legit questions that were not already in the reading material we were assigned. I enjoyed the in-class assignments, because most of the students were very nice and easy to work with.
