Traffic and Parking
Traffic and parking issues are the main concern for this community. Congestion at peak hours and the lack of affordable parking is unacceptable for commuters.
Downtown is a hotbed of activity most any time. Cultural diversity is widely accepted and patronized.

Technology Is Spreading.
The newer buildings need reworked due to engeneering problems and the older buildings need to be more technologically available.
