Fast Food Abound
While I personally haven't found many things to do off campus excitement wise, the sheer amount of restaurants and fast food joints is note worthy for even a recluse such as myself. Not even an hour from the campus on the same street can be found nearly ten different stores mixed in with others such as Goodwill. Nice selection for when you're in a pickle, but also so very tempting.

Asians Everywhere
It may have been because my Dorm was the centre for international students, but I couldn't get away from seeing someone from an Asian nation. And I know they weren't all from China, or Japan, there was a nice balance. There was also a few from Africa, but on a Global scale my collage is dominated by Asians and Whites. Most black students were from the state.
