I lived in Old Farm as a sophomore. It's a good place to live, fairly inexpensive, but I didn't enjoy as much as a sophomore because there were a LOT of freshman. It's kind of known as the freshman off campus living. If you want something similar to the dorm kind of life, go for it! My freshman year I lived in Bridgerland apartments which had an older crowd, which I liked a lot better, but that's just me. Depends on what social life you want to have.
I didn't live there but my roommate now did. She didn't like it at all and that's why she moved back. She said it was a bunch of freshman that just goofed off. Didn't sound fun at all and that's why I chose not to move their next year.
i don't know anyone who has liked it
No, I haven't heard anything about the LLC.
I lived there last year and loved it. I know someone who is selling a contract for there (or anyone else on campus) for a great price if you're interested!
I just know it's probably the most expensive place to live on campus. they're new and super nice.
