With only a GED under my belt, I took the Building Maintenece/HVAC Program. I did exactly what Faculty Members asked of me. Perfect Attendance, 4.0 GPA, Lab Work until it's time to close the school for the evening. The Career Center helped with Mock Interviews and Resume Writting. All the hard work helped me get a $26.27 per hour job!!!! Vatterott is the "Honey Badger" of all "little colleges".
GED + Vatterott = $26.27/hr.!!!!

Overall Experience – Registering with Vatterott Online was surprisingly easy. The advisers at the local school helped me fill out all my paperwork and arranged my student loans for me. From the day I walked in to take a tour of the school, to the day I started classes was only ten days. Each term is only ten weeks long, so everything moves fairly fast and it takes some getting used to. I found that setting aside certain days of the week to work on homework makes it a lot easier to get everything done on time. The only downfall I have found is tutoring. The local campus does not have the degree I am pursuing, hints taking all my classes online. Therefore, when I needed face-to-face tutoring in a class that is the main focus point of my degree, I was told I would have to drive four hours to another Vatterott campus if I wanted face-to-face tutoring. I understand this is really the best they could offer me, other than online tutoring, but I was disappointed because when I registered the people at my local campus said they would be able to tutor me in any class I needed help in. This was not the case and I was disappointed.

2 of the 3 Professors I Had Were Excellent Teachers. One of the Professors was not at all interested in Teaching the class. He was more or less just there to do a job.

Vatterott Is Flexible – The only thing I really like about the School, is that if you miss a morning class, you can go to the Night class to make up your work. Other than that, I am giving the school a C because of the Money they charge for their Education.

Computer Technician – I think it could be a little more difficult, so far it has been, to my experiences a little too easy.

Their classes are very easy to manage. Within 2 days I was comfortable with my classrooms. They also offer tech support if there are any problems.

Being an online student my classes are very flexible. I have no required time to go to class and just have to log in 4 times a week, must be on different days.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
As I was enrolling with Vatterott, my advisor was straightforward with all fees and tuitions. I had no out of pocket expenses and they also helped me set up my financial aide.
