College Prowler Take
The fairly pragmatic campus police will usually look the other way when parties are going on, as long as they are somewhat under control and no one’s health is in jeopardy. Most students agree—if you’re smart, you can get away with a lot. The vast majority of drinking violations are related to public intoxication. So, if kept inside, drinking is left relatively alone. However, drug prevention is a different story entirely. Marijuana possession is taken very seriously. Second-time offenders are often suspended for up to a year. Police don’t go out of their way to look for trouble. If you make your intoxication blatantly obvious, they’ll take action. But if you act responsibly, you’ll have no problem.

You can get away with a lot, as long as you don’t flaunt it or act stupid. Don’t get caught with a fake ID. It would be better to borrow a real one. |
