OMG. That is beyond awful. So sorry for your pain. Do you have legal options? Your bully is a menace and should be expelled immediately, and arrested! Many states are enacting anti bullying laws. Have you contact law enforcement? I hope you and your family keep fighting.
That is absolutely horrible. Im sorry that this person harasses you so much. The university is just as much to blame as the bully.
I'd say you're safe walking across campus alone at 3am, but I wouldn't try walking to the borders of campus to areas like the sophomore (old freshman) parking lot across polo. As for break ins, I had someone eye my house before I even left for break this year. At about 9:30 at night the day after finals ended, a large african american man knocked on the door in all dark clothes asking for a "katherine", who obviously didn't live in the home (we're all guys). I said "no, sorry" and proceeded to close and lock the door. I would recommend getting one of the cheap alarm systems from the stoor that you can place around the home and plug in. They connect to the phone line to call the police and make a hell of a noise when they sense motion. It's a cheap way to stay protected. That, and leaving a car/having timed lighting.
