The overall experience at Wake Tech is a pleasant one. The environment is great for learning, and most students are happy with their college experience here. Whether students are involved in a club or special project, they can always find something fun to apply their knowledge to.

Many students are pleased with the fact that Wake Tech does not often attract a lot of partiers or slackers. Students at Wake Tech have an overall understanding of what they need to do in order to achieve their goals of moving onward to universitites or graduate schools. Professors teach students to be serious about passing their classes and maintaining an acceptable GPA.

Not only are the students there to learn, but the atmosphere is also relaxing and comfortable. The Wake Tech campus is beautiful during all four seasons and is securely maintained so that students are safe and can walk through campus with ease. Thanks to exceptional staff and security guards, each Wake Tech campus makes for an excellent learning environment.

A Side Effect of Online Education

Although the interaction with other students in online courses allows for great discussion of class material, our personal lives are not as easily accessible. I can say that the ethnic makeup of our school is diverse having met many Africans, Europeans and Hispanics through Wake Tech. I gave a grade of N/A because I feel I cannot convey an accurate portrayal of the student body on campus.

The process should be explained better. I hate procrastination, so I made sure it was done early enough. But nothing was explained to me about the process I would have to go through.
