Slick Weather.

Weather is amazing! Winters are cold and it can snow quite a bit. Spring is great, watch for allergies. And watch out for the humidity in the summer. There are also potential tornadoes and floods in the valley, but very very rare. Still pretty awesome! Mountains always have nice fog on them in the morning.

Beautiful Weather

People are apt to say, "If you don't like the weather, wait five minutes". The mountains are beautiful and the sunsets can be to die for. Showers are common, but often only last minutes at a time. It can snow a good deal on the winter, but everything is within walking distance and easy to reach.

Through Rain and Snow...

Most days are comfortable and sunny, but we get a little bit of everything: snow and ice and rain with some frequency in the fall. It's hot in early fall and late spring, and pretty chilly at times in the winter. Classes are not often cancelled college-wide due to weather: professors make the call depending on whether they can get to class. On campus, you can walk anywhere in any weather, but have a rain coat and boots for icy/rainy weather.
