Students are mostly easy going and down to earth. They all act like true adults and understand the environment around them.

I love the availability of online classes. I like the use of a local community college that is close to home. The only bummer I have is that I have to transfer to receive my bachelors.

I am an education major, and my education courses are the best. I have never had so much fun and enjoyment in a classroom while learning the material.

Academics are good and you will learn while you are there. The only knock I seem to have any problems with is the financial aid (student services). It seems they have had more problems staying up to date and reviewing their work. With that being said, anytime I notice a discrepancy and notify them, they usually have it fixed within the hour.

The student center here is very nice. There are always snacks available to students, the computers are never all occupied, there are many tutors, and a writing center available for students' papers to get edited by someone experienced.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I like that they have scholarship options on the school webpage to help out people who do not get full financial aid. However, they do not do a good job of informing everyone about deadlines for the FASFA, scholarships, etc.

The great thing about Washington State is that the class size is small, which allows students and teachers to have a closer relationship and makes it easier for a student to get help when needed. The only bad thing is that this school does not have a huge selection of classes to take, but most of the general classes needed are available. Sometimes you have the same teachers for several subjects, which can be good or bad. Registering for classes is easy if you know what you are doing, but it is very hard to get help unless you actually go to the school and speak to someone personally.

I like studying business management here because people that own businesses actually come in to the classroom to give you advice on owning or managing your own business. It is helpful to hear real-life experiences and get to know what it would be like rather than learning from a textbook.

They have a good program that allows you to submit your resume. Also, the career services sends you emails to let you know first about job openings. Washington State Community College also has pages on social sites that lets you see job openings. It is very convenient.

The computer networks are always easily available, the lab is always open and the staff helpful, and printing on campus is always an option.

I am a Health Science major, and my school is just beginning the paramedicine program. As it's the beginning, there are a lot of bugs to iron out, but the teachers and medical directors are exceptional.

There is a high level of teachers holding a PhD at WSCC. Teachers are easy to access and helpful whenever they can be. Help desk and the Center for Student Success are almost always available.

Online courses can be hard to follow at times, but teachers are very effective with helping out as needed.

The school is very well-kept. It does not have an athletic center, but the student center and libraries are second-to-none!

We all pretty well come from the same type of back round and area. Rural or city, but we get along well.

There really isn't that many unique things here. The one think I do appreicate though is the summer college for children. They have different learning activites for the children to do. I seen it first hand when I was in summer classes last year, the children LOVED it.

The computers on campus are fine, but the network is always having problems. Sakai (used for online classes) is down or the website in general wont work.
College Junior 2013-04-30T14:18:01Z
The library is amazing, they are always willing to help you and willing to go the extra mile. The main offices (student serivices and business) are not as helpful. Sometimes you find people who are really there to help, but sometimes the people working have no idea what your even talking about or how to help.

some classes and instructors have been great, others are not good at all

I actually don't start until January 2013, but my experience so far has been really great. Everyone there is super helpful.

All of mine have been very easy to understand and educational.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
The degree I'm getting is very good, I feel it has been beneficial to me. Classes were easy to sign up for.
College Freshman 2012-10-09T14:49:58Z
The teachers could be more involved and respond more frequently to emails. I feel like there is more work required for online courses.
College Freshman 2012-10-09T14:45:33Z
The wireless access is not good. Some parts of the campus I can't connect at all.
College Junior 2012-09-08T14:28:26Z
The computer network is easy to use. There are always people available to help you and they are all very friendly!
Sorry, there are no reviews.
