The professors I've taken so far have been wonderful and I would love to take them again. Class registration is excellent and workload is manageable.

Wayne country community college isn't really unique in my eyes. I find it to be a school that lacks things, like order for one. The school lacks tutors for students in their attended majors. Also students and professors had to wait outside their classrooms there supposed to be until a security/officer can open the door, which results in wasted time for everyone. However, the only experiences I consider my favorite there is meeting my friends and sometimes the events that are held there.

The network is okay, but having access to computers and printers can be a nightmare.

They have way too many work study students answering questions or handling data that they shouldn't be, and even if you get the help of faculty if you ask three different people the same question you'll get three different answers. The administration there is simply horrible.

I have not taken any online courses.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I received a Pell grant, but the process was not explained by the financial advisor - I feel there are other grants I may qualify for, but the advisor did not get involved at all in the process

My school offers all kinds of classes to work with people's class schedules. There are classes online, during the week, or even on saturdays. There are all different kind of day classes but also the same and different classes offered at night. With four campuses to take classes at you have a wide varitiy to choose from.

The student body here is pretty diverse. Alot of people here are full time students who also have to work full in order to sport themselves and their families. We have all different people from all different ways of life. All different ethnic, economic, political, religious, and sexual perferences.

Our school hosted a college night here at the community college for other unviersities and colleges to come in to talk to students. They also offer charging stations for cell phones in two areas of the school. The school is pretty big for the amount of students who are always in the halls. They had free popcorn and snacks when school first started located in the hallway. They really want the students here to graduate and to have a plan.

The computer network in school is alright. It's a hit or miss when it comes to connecting onto the wiifi network. In some places you can while other places it's a dead zone. The printing here is expensive. They keep raising the prices from year to year. The computers are always clean and well kept though. There are alot of computers in the libarary at the Taylor Campus. It's always clean and the staff for the most part is really helpful.

My major is computer information systems and it is pretty flexible. Since computers can be found in every aspect of business, I am taking web design up to renewable energy technology. I have gained a broader aspect of the field.

I wanted to take some classes that were not available this fall semester. But I lucked out, there were some classes that really interested me and fell into my schedule perfectly.

As long as the workload is not overwhelming, I can manage online classes pretty well. I am disciplined so I get my classes done on time. And since winter is heading this way, it is great not having to commute everyday.

So far I have had great professors that are knowledgeable and work in the field that I am interested in pursuing. Some of my professors are accessible by phone, email and in person before class starts. Except for one professor, she did not update her phone number and I found it really inconvenient.

I can find the resources mostly from the school library. It's small but it has everything I need for my school year here at Wayne County Community College.

The school has lots of students from different areas or other countries. Mostly, they are in the middle of their age. I can say they are rock. They work hard to achieve their goals, their destination to get the education that they want.

I'm a pre-nursing major, and my classes are exactly what I expected so far. As an international student, I have learnt alot when I came to this school. Everything is perfect in here. I love this school. I just hope that I can finish all the requirements to get into the nursing program.

Wayne County Community College gave me a great experience I ever had. I like the school's environment and also like the education here. I must say all the professors are really nice and do all their best to help their students.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
