Excellent

I received a decent amount of financial aid and it was as easier than I through it would be. I suggest making in-person appointments with your financial aid officer to make sure things are going smoothly, however the help desk phone service is just as good. They are kind, friendly and well informed. They do not hang up on you until they have answered all of your questions and made sure that you understand your question to the fullest. Wayne State University has one of the best financial aid processes that I have experienced.

Financial Aid

I had trouble with financial aid my first year. I wasn't sure what all I needed to apply for FASFA and just had a lot of trouble getting it all together. My tip is to start early and try and complete financial aid asap and make sure you ask someone what all you need and if you are missing any paperwork.

Availability

There could have been more individuals available at the financial aid office to help move things along. Other than that I felt it was good.
