Students find Webster University to be a great place to study and receive their degree at a more affordable cost. The options and flexibility allow any student, traditional or nontraditional, to discover exactly what he or she wants to do for a lifelong career. Academics are top priority, with a mixture of sociable events that keep many students interested and bring their noses out of the textbooks for an hour or two. The entire campus is dedicated to be as reality-based as possible, with diverse people and interests. However, many do agree that Webster could use some changes, like updating some of the buildings.

Despite the flaws, Webster does deliver good academic quality for the cost—a small enough campus to know many people but large enough for diversity to thrive. One of the best things about Webster is that you can have a chance to be yourself rather than constrain your schedule just within your major. A public relations major can express his or her passion for human rights by joining Amnesty International, or a double major in English and political science can play the saxophone in the Webster wind ensemble. Students are treated more as individuals rather than just numbers. Uniqueness and individuality are highly encouraged, and the campus provides a relaxed attitude needed for such encouragement.
