Alot of these facilities I do not use. If I had the time I would definitly use the gym because that would be cheaper than having monthly fees.

I have taken classes online before, and that was very helpful to me with my busy life.

Tuition & Financial Aid:
I did not know that I could go to school so close to home. I am very excited about that.

The school has the times that I will need to help me continue with school, and still work.

I heard great things about this school, and needed to go see for myself. So far I have not been disappointed. I hope to have a great experience there.

I just switched my major over from Biology to associates in nursing this semester. I started off at UWG and was planning on going back there after one semester. Then everything changed and i decided to change my career path. I am enrolled in the nurse aide certificate program and once i finish that then i will be going into the associate program for registered nursing. There is a competitive selection process and many tests and certifications to take before completing the degree but the overall workload is not more than you can handle and the professors and instructors help out when they can. There is more of a hands on experience with this program which is great and you have to be pretty good at math and science as well. After getting through a certain part of the nursing program there is an internship and on site training at a medical location

The library and bookstore are great places for pretty much all the campus needs. They know how to get you where you need to be. The academic advisors are great and walk you through academics and admissions in baby steps. This is great for new college freshman and transfers. They are always there to answer questions and help where they can. I have not yet tried the athletic centers but hear they are decent and provide water. I always get email updates about events happening on campus to get students involved and meeting new people

The network is up to date and there is wifi all over campus. There are computer labs and rooms with computers to have access to internet and word programs all over campus. If you need software they can tell you where to find it and how to get it. You are able to print on campus for just a few cents to pay for ink and paper. I do use a personal computer to keep all of my information on but with access to computers all over, having your own computer is not required, just have a USB or flash to store your data

The instructors do a good job and are straight to the point for the most part. They are more than willing to help with any questions or issues you have and are fairly leniant in getting things done. The class registration process is frustrating. There are not enough classes offerred in each subject and there is always a competition of who can get in the class. I only need a few classes to complete my program and will probably have to put off school for a semester or two because the classes filled up in the first few days and the waiting lists are long. The registration process other than that is set up to be super simple online. It is just hard to guarantee the classes you need

People struggle with lots of other activities outside of school and must find the best way to manage their time with classes and school work. It's hard to find extra time to socialize but many students take the extra step out of the comfort zone to make friends and create a better college experience

The study body at WGTC is very friendly and welcoming. Most of the students here help each other out by lending or borrowing used books to one another. I have encountered carpooling to save on gas. I've never seen any altercations or arguments among one another. I love it here and the student body.

Online are very convenient but can be a pain if your materials do not cover what you are tested on and you cannot also get in touch with your teachers right away when you need them the most.

I chose West GA Technical College because it was close to home and affiliated with my high school that I attended. It also has flexible hours and is still growing each and every year.

The facilities at my school are very helpful. There happens to be a gym, theatre, a student lounge, and other areas. This school manages to have some home qualities without it providing housing.

My school has a wide-range of people. Everyone is different in their own way. Some are young adults and some are mothers and fathers as well. Many people are friendly but also very focused on their work. Because of that mingling is sometimes unlikely.

I chose this school because of the great rankings I found on the college prowler website. I read that the schools shedules were flexible and they were right. Also, this school is able to help with transferring credits.

After graduating college I had trouble finding out what schools I needed to got to in order to fufill my dreams of a fashion-related career. Most of the fashion schools in my state were hardly credible and much too expensive. So I decided to enroll and go for an alternate degree of an AAS in business management where I will specialize in retail management. Once I recieve that degree I will transfer for a BS in fashion merchandising and apparel design. My current school will help with any other things I need.

The school is diverse and there are a lot of adults attending. Adults being working moms and dads with families trying to further their education.

Attending and registering for classes here is easy. I easily transferred my grades from a different school as well. The advisors don't really seem to know what is going on though so I am constantly trying to get answers.

Online courses are easy to follow and understand. They allow you to work on your own, which I like.

West georgia Tech's Murphy Campus does not have it's own athletic center. It has a nice, but very simple student center and a nice library. It also has a career center and a very nice bookstore. There is not a whole lot of activities. Overall, it's very nice aestetically both inside and out.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
