Student Author OverviewWhat's This?

With so many different choices all over campus, it would be hard for a student to go hungry. Variety, quality, and reasonable prices will please any college student. Choices range from walk-in pizza places and fast food to affordable sit-down restaurants where a student can get a good meal for a decent price. There are great specials at places, like Texas Roadhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings, that offer half-price appetizers and wing specials.

Most of the restaurants are within walking distance of Downtown Campus and open late for students who have the urge for a snack late. Almost every place offers discounts and specials on each night of the week, while some also offer a discount for showing a student ID. Good places to go with your parents or on a date are Texas Roadhouse and Buffalo Wild Wings, and environmentally friendly restaurants like Black Bear offer vegan entrees. Almost all of the restaurants continue with the town tradition of catering to students, as they offer great student specials and free delivery to students. Students are the main source of business for most of the restaurants here, so they treat the students as well as anyone could ask.

So Many Places

There are so many places to eat in Morgantown! Most are no more than a 5 minute walk from campus. The prices are just about average $8 for a meal. Some places offer students discounts but you usually have to ask, they don't advertise it.

There are so many restaurants around campus, both large franchises and local diners. The locations are also nicely placed with easy access.

Did You Know?

Places like Casa D’ Amici and Eat‘n Park are open late and have great prices. Many of these places also have a great bar scene inside where students like to hang out while they eat. These restaurants are very student oriented and thrive on mostly student business.
