Health & Safety:
There really is not a health service on campus. it is only for the athletes.

You go to chapel 2 times a week. It is mandatory for graduation.

Library is great and spacious although it is sometimes quite loud.
College Freshman 2013-11-29T05:52:03Z
It really depends on the team. The soccer teams are always good along with the basketball teams. Some of the other teams need work.

I am in Rispoli and I love the facilities. The maids are very nice and clean daily as well.
College Junior 2013-11-26T06:28:28Z
Not any problems as far as I know.
College Junior 2013-11-26T06:22:22Z
Our teams don't suck. It's actually fun to go watch.

It could be better, could be worse.

There are plenty of great dining opportunities. Various fast food to satisfy students' preferences and budgets, and also lots of nice exquisite restaurants to try.
College Junior 2013-11-22T06:20:20Z
The parking availability is good with the parking in different categories based off where students live to be convenient for them.

Health & Safety:
I feel safe here with hardly any concerns. I'm not sure if my campus has a health center on campus.

It is very much apart of the city with a big mall and plenty of other shopping. The students are respected by the city. There are nice parks. There is a little bit of a lack of pretty scenery. There are great sports arenas and opportunities to attend. There is a Sunsplash Water Park and a couple miniature golf attractions. There are bowling, lazer tag and movie theaters nearby. And it is a safe place with hardly any crime.

Parking at this school is awful! You have to incorporate driving around looking for a parking spot and then hiking to class which is like an additional 45 minutes before your class even starts, unless you get lucky and can pull it off in 30 minutes. WAY too many students and cars at this school. Stressful experience just trying to find a parking spot!
College Sophomore 2013-11-20T18:22:21Z
The campus is pretty spread out, so if it's raining and you have to trek across campus then you'll be pretty wet. However if your classes are nearby one another you should be fine! It's never extremely windy or anything, or affected by intense weather which is nice.

Off campus housing varies, depending on where you choose to live (in an apartment, of which there are many to choose from but pretty pricey; or just renting a room from someone, which is more affordable but has pros/cons of its own). The school has a forum to help students find off-campus housing which is helpful, however students are pretty much on their own for finding housing unless you choose to live on campus.

we just got a new athletics center and new cafeteria as well as new classrooms. I loved the facilities at my school, the only thing I would improve is the gym on campus, as far as I could tell it was mainly for athletes and wasn't grade A

Guys & Girls:
If you are a guy then this is the place for you, Jessup has a significantly higher population of girls than guys, and they are pretty good looking too! However don't fret to much if you are a girl because Jessup has plenty of good looking single guys too. Since Jessup's three primary majors are Psychology, Music, and English so there are a lot of artsy people around who like to dress in a lot of different styles. Because of Jessup's location both near Sacramento and El Dorado counties, there are country and city boys and girls and everything in between.

The range of majors here is not particularly wide, but if you are looking for a major that is offered here you are guaranteed a good education. The teachers are all outstanding and with class sizes of usually around only twenty or so people if not even less it allows the teacher to give attention to each student who needs it. The workload is not all that bad, while enough to encourage learning, it is not so much that a student should be discouraged, I am a full time student and I also have a part time job, and I still manage to get all my homework done.

Brand new, state-of-the-art cafeteria that is constantly serving all kinds of amazing foods. The food is locally grown, generally healthy, and the chefs are all really friendly too! The food is catered by Bon Appetite which is already very well known for it's food quality and freshness. There is also starbucks coffee brewed on campus! Who could say no to that?! If you are looking for just a quick meal between classes then look no farther, the shack has you covered, you can get a meal pre-packaged there if you need it instead of going to the meal.

We have a lot of sports team options and more are being added each year such as our newest addition of lacrosse. Baseball is also coming in 2015. Our basketball and soccer games are fun and spirit filled and our teams have won several championships.

There is a lot of events on campus but when those are not going on your only real options are restaurants or coffee houses. Great sushi close to campus.
College Sophomore 2013-07-20T22:19:21Z
It can be very hot on campus toward the summer because of all the concrete but, the rocklin/roseville area is usually very nice.

Open dorms super strict but no punishment at first.
College Junior 2013-07-19T23:12:42Z
Never have seen it in the dorms but know it is there

Being at a Christian school, there aren't any students that desire to use drugs or alcohol. There may be a few students that have struggled in the past with these vices but genuinely want to change.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
