I honestly do not pay attention to the sports at my school, but it seems that a lot of people are really into them, including the employees, so they can't be that bad.

The intramural sports are highly encouraged. Students go and support their friends participating in them. From what I've heard, Jewell soccer is pretty popular as a varsity sport. The football isn't the best, but they have the support of the school behind them.
The Maybee Center is a huge facility where people can go to have fun, hangout, and workout. There's a huge swimming pool inside. There are a variety of sports that students can join on campus if they want to, whether it's varsity or intramural.

There's basically no school spirit on campus. The football team especially is not very good, so it's hard to get excited about those games. The soccer teams are good and fun to watch. Each event has at most, probably 20 attendees.

Athletics are widely supported but our teams are not well known for winning games.

I've actually lowered this grade. The transition to GLVC and NCAA D-II has had no noticeable effect outside of more student athletes coming to Jewell. I was hopeful student investment/school spirit would improve, but if anything it's decreased.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
