The library with the computers are always full.

There is not much diversity.
College Freshman 2013-11-20T23:45:49Z
The school doesn't necessarily provide transportation.

I don't live on campus to evaluate it very effectively but from what ive seen, all the buildings tend to be old, there are very few and one is even on top of the admissions building.
College Freshman 2013-11-09T02:47:06Z
There is little diversity here, everybody tends to come from the same kind of settings and there are almost no international students.

If you don't live on campus the only thing the school tends to be strict on is their honor code. Its always noted and brought to the attention of the class when someone has not signed there honor code. If its not quickly fixed it could affect your grade.

not much to do, fun things are limited and get boring after awhile

If you are sociable and proactive in finding events, you can have a very entertaining time. However everything is not all centrally located.

This would be my first year living on campus but as far as I've seen there is little to no underage drinking or drug use.

The computer labs at William Peace University are small and quaint. Generally they are available but the hours are limited. The most frustrating part is that where they are located it is often a lot of traffic and plenty of distracting noise.

There were no problems getting into my program. There is not any process of declaring a major at WPU, you simply sign a form that states what you are going to major in.
College Junior 2013-06-26T16:28:53Z
I have not had an internship yet but am in the process of figuring one out right now. An internship is required at WPU in order to graduate so I do plan on having one. I have two jobs at the moment so I understand the interview and application process but do not know what specifications would be involved in an internship in my field.

I am very happy with my program. I would not do it over again as of right now because I am very pleased with the experience I have had so far. I am not too concerned about finding a job so far because the support and help of my adviser, professors, and faulty at WPU is outstanding and they put their all into helping students find jobs in the field they choose.
College Junior 2013-06-26T16:21:40Z
I'm at WPU in the Psychology department. I absolutely love the program. The professors are always making themselves available to their students and helping them progress and do all they are capable of doing. They all have had experience in their specified field and share those experiences with the students. I have had all of the professors in the program and have learned more than I ever thought I could learn.

Its always beautiful no matter what the weather is, the school is always presentable for new prospects.

William Peace University excels in helping their students find jobs and begin their careers, even after they graduate they will still help them if they ever get laid off from a job, or the job doesn't work out for that particular student.

William Pace University is pretty good with their campus strictness, they allow 24 hour visitation on the weekends and allow visitors to stay until midnight. They are very strict on the Honor code and about plagiarism and cheating. Overall I think they are fair with their strictness and most of the rules are just common sense for young adults to follow.
College Sophomore 2013-03-10T14:11:37Z
William Peace University's campus life is exciting to say the least, the student services offices are always coming up with new ways to incorporate all of the students and always have new activities going on. They also prize in having the most upbeat and helpful teachers that are always willing to help out when needed or if students just need someone to talk to.
College Sophomore 2013-02-28T15:00:58Z
I received a decent amount of financial aid, but it is not easy paying $997 a semster only working part time on the weekends.
College Sophomore 2013-02-28T14:58:33Z
William Peace University is like no other school I know. The class sizes are very small, and some professors actually care about the students.

Now that there are more students on campus because of the adult program and co-ed parking has become cramped. Even if there is an event going on at night sometimes parking can be a bit frustrating. Luckily the campus is small enough that if you have to park in the back you dont have to walk very far to get to your destination. Ticketing fines are $25 and if you dont have the money right then the charge is added to your account balance.
Sorry, there are no reviews.
