The shuttles to the surrounding area aren't the greatest, but I'm a commuter so thankfully I don't have to deal with them too often.

Public transportation in Worcester is just as good as any other small city. Anyone can call Red or Yellow cab at any point in the night and they'll be there within minutes. For leaving Worcester, students may take the train pretty easily as well. The train's only inconvenience is that its departure times are generously spaced apart and the traffic on the way there is also usually pretty brutal.

Taxis are the best option, but it gets expensive. On Thursdays there is a shuttle that takes you right to Club Universe. Many under age students go there because it is 18+. If you aren't into Club U, there are several bars within walking distance of the club. Many people take the Club U Bus and walk to Mahoney's. That bus runs until 2 am. It's only on Thursdays though. Any other night you may need a taxi or designated driver. I find designated driving the best option, especially for saving money. However, taxis aren't too expensive if you have a full car.

Taxi Anyone? Best Bet. Most people on campus take taxis when they need to get somewhere. its fast, cheap and dependable. taking the bus in Worcester takes too long and they stop ruining at weird times. Finding a way to get to places that are far away is really hard.

Getting Around – There is a shuttle that runs at specific times that will take you where you want to go and pick you up when your finished. It isn't always around for everyone since it is first come first serve kind of thing. Cabs are an option and the bus picks up right infront of campus making getting around easy too.
