Academic/Testing Requirements
Acceptance is based on high school GPA and SAT/ACT scores. After reviewing a student's file, YHC will calculate a GPA based on only academic coursework, and then an index is calculated using academic GPA and test scores. This index is used to determine both admissions and scholarship eligibility.
Work & Life Experience Credits
Most people surveyed haven't been able to get credit for work/life experience or haven't tried.

Course Registration Process
Students register for courses through an online system. The difficulty level in registering for classes depends on the students' majors. Class conflicts between core subjects and classes required for degrees are the most common problem that students have during registration. But academic advisers help students as questions arise.
